Opal Psychological was founded to provide a more intentional and personalized approach to therapy—especially for individuals who may not feel fully supported within traditional models of care.
While Western mental health frameworks can be valuable, they do not always reflect the diverse cultural experiences and perspectives that shape how people understand healing. At Opal Psychological, care is culturally responsive, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based treatment.
As an Indigenous Pacific Islander Chamoru psychologist, Dr. Linn is committed to honoring the cultural, relational, and systemic contexts that influence mental health and well-being.
